- 2 years Supermarket/Hypermarket Experience.
- SECTION SUPERVISORS
- 4 years of Supermarket/Hypermarket experience with 1-2 years as Section
- Supervisor. Sections handled:
- Supermarket, Roastery, Grocery Food, Grocery Non-Food, Chiller & Diary, FMCG Food, House Hold, Plastic, Non-Food, Health & Beauty, Garments & Apparel, Lifestyle, Electronics, General Merchandise. Skills: Hands-on experience in managing Merchandising & inventory, proficient in Microsoft Excel and working proficiency in Malayalam & Hindi.
- CASH SUPERVISOR
- Candidate with 3-4 years of Cash Supervisor experience in the Supermarket/Hypermarket. Responsibilities: Overseeing cash tills, Managing cashiers, Addressing customer issues, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle a team in a fast-paced environment are essential.
