Etisalat Academy, Dubai Duties & Responsibilities:

Physically visit Etisalat's SMB customer ("Customer") to review and verify all required pre-requisite documentation & information ("Docs") of the Customer.▸ Upload the relevant Docs and verifier check list in the IT systems provided by Etisalat ("System") via the grabber machine.▸

 Carry out the verification and registration of the authorized contact person of the Customer i.e. from the Customer Site.▸

 Process the order with biometrics ensuring that no single order is processed without the Agent'sbiometrics and the authorized person's (Customer/buyer) biometrics.▸

 Action the Customer re-registration requirement while at the Customer site.▸

 Continuously monitor the progress of the sub requests and operate effectively by assessing the achievement of the set KPI's targets. KPI targets will be notified by Etisalat team.▸

Provide full support to all relevant stakeholders and teams within Etisalat in order process the relevant Customer orders.▸

Ensure sufficient knowledge about Etisalat products, service, process/workflows, BCRM or any other related information that is essential for the processing of Customer orders.▸ Performs any other processing related duties as required by Etisalat.

Knowledge, Experience & Competencies

Formal Education Required: Bachelor's or Master's Degree

Experience Required: 3-5 years of experience in administrative or Project control

Mandatory Requirments

Fluency in English

 Age -40 or below
Knows Arabic language preferred
