Pradesh had a plot of just 5 cents in the Kozhikode fish market. This is also in the L shape. Pradesh told his friend designer Sajeendran that he wanted to build a house here with a lot of limitations. You need a two-story house with the necessary amenities to reduce costs. That was the demand. Rajendran, who was good at building a house in a short period of time, undertook the work.

The structure was completed in three months and the furnishing in five months. So in eight months, a house more beautiful than the one Prabeesh had built came up here. The house is in a modern contemporary style. The 1650-square-foot home is four cents.

The rest was set aside for a St. Landscape. The house faces east. The road is on the north side of the plot. The house is designed to look in both directions. The exterior walls are adorned with cladding tiles cut and polished with red sandstone. Corner windows were provided in the elevation to allow for wind, light, and view.

Interiors arranged in a semi-open style give more spaciousness. Interiors provided with cross ventilation maintain a comfortable climate.

The furniture is made according to the interior theme. L Shaped Sofa Decorates Living. Vitrified tiles were laid in the main spaces. Wooden finished tiles were also laid in some places.

Living is built in double height. This gives the interiors more spaciousness as well as beauty. Vertical pergolas were provided in the elevation to guide the light. Glass bricks were used in this.

The design of the ladder is eye-catching. Dead spaces are more common in ordinary homes at the bottom of the ladder. The ladder was built in the projected style to avoid it here. Steel ropes were provided in lieu of gloves on the first landing. Toughened glass and steel gloves continue on the next landing of the ladder

Another highlight is the wallpaper on the wall of the wash area on the side of the ladder. Here the three mirrors are arranged in a circle and the look & feel itself changes with the addition of LED lights in it. Nearby was a dining table for six.

The house has four bedrooms. All rooms are furnished with attached bathroom. Gypsum false ceilings in minimalist style only in bedrooms.A wall of the master bedroom is provided with full wardrobes.

The design of the kitchen is in auto paint finish in multiword. The floor was tiled with a wooden finish. A small work area was also provided nearby. The balcony is also tiled with a wooden finish. The gloves are made of toughened glass. Planter boxes were provided here.

The car porch is not specially built as it is owned by expatriate owners. But there is also a car parking facility in the yard. The house is ready for Rs 33 lakh, including Rs 30 lakh for structure and Rs 3 lakh for interior and landscaping.

Cost-reducing factors, the work was completed in eight months. Locally available construction materials were used. The normal foundation was sufficient as it was a solid plot.

Interior in minimal style. False ceiling in bedrooms only. LED lighting directly in the rest. Unnecessary walls removed. Maximum space utility provided.
