Notification Shortcuts Allows you to add shortcuts to the notification area. It supports three different types of shortcuts:

Application Shortcuts: Launch your favorite apps
Bookmarks: Create bookmarks for favorite contacts, Tasker items, Dropbox folders and more
Settings: Toggle Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, Sync, Brightness, Vibrate and Auto Rotate

Free and paid version:
The version gives you one-line shortcut slots. Notice Purchasing a premium upgrade will allow you to add two more lines, giving you a maximum of three lines of shortcuts.
How do I add a shortcut to my notification bar?
Note: I replaced the unlocker application with in-app-billing for premium access. For those of you who have already purchased the unlocker, it will work as before, but newer paid users will need to purchase premium access with in-app-billing instead.
