This app can't be trusted. I had updated my document information couple of months ago and when I tried to access them at airport to show my identity verification, this app did not work. Infact, no document is shown for my account now and it is not getting updated with my details anymore. The standard error 'invalid syntax' crops up whenever I try to access the issued documents. Pathetic app. Don't waste your time here
Everything good, lot of my State government documents(including SSLC Karnataka marksheet) I have kept verified here. But one problem is ( Monday Oct 18 2021) during adhaar verification OTP isn't sending quickly and showing some error also when I input OTP few seconds of buffering it's getting back to main content. Adhaar card is main n must please fix the bug.thank you to the developer!
Pin shows wrong, I use forget pin After enter otp The page does not move any more after several attempts shows you otp attemps more wait for some time I repeat after every half an hour same results No use of this app I can access digilocker via umang same pin there is no issues easily login...

And don't know why asking OTP always even already I have verified with OTP while adding to profile. Better you can ask one more OTP to check previous OTP is from authorized person or not. Even OTP validation is not working most of the times.. keep on spin
Website: Worst Apps. Very very poor quality. Initially it functioed well. Now does not work. The bug in the apps needs to be rectified as early as possible. Pages doesn't open, Unlock of Biometric provision doesn't work, it shows "error happened try after sometimes". " Due to some technical problem your request could not be processed". My question is whether this technical problem is for perennial?? IT team must act immediately to solve this bug. As such, I can't draw my ratio.
