Between this app and other video call apps I'd say this is the best but PLEASE increase the call volume so we don't have to keep saying "what" and "I can't hear you" unless the person has the phone a foot from their face and yes, we have the volume turned all the way up! It's better to turn down too much volume vs not being able to turn it up at all! Thank

For the most part, this is an excellent app, however, the app no longer uses ringtone, it does not ring, but sends a notification, and if not in "show as popup" mode, does not display at all ??? Come on GOOGLE this problem has been going on for months now please fix it. NOTE: the answer below is in no way related to the post ???, are you people drunk??? Download Now: The app does not work at all. If I try calling someone whether it be video call or a regular call it doesn't notify the other person of the call. I find this very annoying and I don't want to have to find a different video calling service. It isn't working properly and it has been going on for about 10 days and also did it every so often when I tried to call someone. Please fix this immediately.

Good to spend quality time with family that's far away on a holiday! Video and audio quality was very good. Update : One year later, Still using Duo. Still awesome. It's easy to use when I'm at the store and want to check a purchase with my spouse before I buy. Also, if I need to send someone to the store, and I know which item I want them to buy, visual confirmation is easy and quick!
