- Applicants should go through the detailed advertisement available on the company website before filling up the online application. Continue to fill out the online application only if you are satisfied that you have the minimum required qualifications specified for the seat in the detailed advertisement. Otherwise, the submitted application (s) will be properly rejected.
- Applicants are advised to fill in all their details carefully in the online application as submitting incorrect information may lead to rejection of the application form. An application once saved and submitted cannot be modified or edited.
- Applicants are advised to fill in their correct and active mobile number and e-mail address in the online application as any correspondence will be made through the company mobile number and e-mail only. Applicants are also advised to refer to the company's website for regular updates.
- Applicants are advised to submit only one online application form. Applications will be accepted only after the candidate completes the entire process of filling up the application form including examination fees. If the candidate fails to complete the application at any stage of the application form, it will be deemed rejected and the applicant will have to fill in a new application form.
- An examination fee of Rs 350 is applicable. Fees paid once will not be refunded under any circumstances
- Applicants are not required to send print outs of their online applications or any of their educational or identification documents to the company registered office.
- IGI Aviation reserves the right to change centers at its discretion if the situation requires.
